Job Summary / Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Reporting directly to the Emerging Market Lead, this role handles both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound outreach to restaurant and hospitality clients. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, a proactive problem solver, and a strong communicator. You will work closely with our Sales Lead and IT teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive adoption of MenuSifu’s POS technology across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Manage the full sales cycle from proactive outbound outreach and lead generation to closing new business and exceeding sales targets.

• Handle inbound inquiries and serve as a relationship builder to secure new client partnerships within your designated communities.

• Deliver compelling and tailored solutions by presenting and selling MenuSifu's innovative POS technology, integrated payment solutions, and marketing services.

• Collaborate closely with our Sales Lead and IT teams to ensure a seamless client experience from implementation to ongoing support.

• Gather client feedback and serve as a market expert, helping to inform and improve our product and market strategies.

• Proactively engage with the Leadership Track program and demonstrate a readiness for career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Fluency: Professional fluency in either Spanish or Vietnamese is required to effectively serve our diverse client base.

• Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong hunter mentality for new business acquisition.

• Leadership Potential: A driven and ambitious mindset with a clear desire to grow into leadership, channel development, or strategic partnership roles.

• Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

• Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing client needs.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Total Targeted Cash Compensation: $98,000 ~ $120,000. The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation for this role includes a combination of base salary, performance-based commission, benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions, and final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
