JOBSUMMARY
A fast-growing data-driven softwarecompany that provides an intelligent dining and ordering system forfull-service restaurants seeks an experienced and highly qualified Sales andMarketing Strategist who has a demonstrated background in Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media and Communication, or aclosely related field. Candidates shouldhave at least 2 years of demonstratedexperience in creating and optimizing marketing content, including high-quality brochures, presentations, videos, and infographicstailored to investors and prospective customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To apply for thisposition, you must meet the following criteria:
● Master’s degree in Marketing,Advertising, Media and Communication, or a closely related field;
● At lease 2 years of demonstratedexperience in creating and optimizing marketing content, including high-qualitybrochures, presentations, videos, and infographics tailored to investors andprospective customers;
● Demonstrated ability in market research, industry analysis, dataanalytics, corporate strategy or related areas;
● Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preparing marketingproposals, creating marketing contents, surveying customers, and researchconsumer trends;
● Demonstrated ability in conducting A/B testing, tracking campaignperformance, and analyzing data to refinestrategies, delivering measurable results and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness.
● Demonstrated experience with data maintaining and tracking usingspreadsheet tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, vlookups and pivottables;
● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentwith all levels of staff/management within the organization;
● Familiar and knowledgeable with AWS data analytics, cloudcomputing, Salesforce systems, POS systems and payment services products;
● Knowledge of digital media platforms: Google Analytics, Google TagManager, display tactics, streaming video tactics, paid and organic searchstrategies, social media strategies;
● Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings andweekends.
JOB DUTIES
● Conduct research on consumeropinions and marketing and sales strategies implemented by the company’s majorcompetitors, such as Toast, TouchBistro Restaurant POS, LightSpeed Restaurant,etc.;
● Define and search new businessopportunities and identify new product trend;
● Collect and analyze data on customermapping and segmentation, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identifypotential customers and potential markets and factors affecting product demandsand customer retention;
● Use data-driven decision-making andsound business judgment to run sales tests and lead market intelligenceefforts;
● Develop and implement marketing andselling strategies and ensure that the marketing results meet the company’sobjectives and expectations;
● Localize marketing content to fitcultural preferences while keeping core brand messages consistent globally;
● Collect, clean and analyze marketingdata, maintain company data, and propose solutions to meet business needs;
● Coordinate new product launchprojects, including product launch strategies planning and development, budgetand risk management, and product launch performance assessment;
● Create, communicate, and executeintegrated marketing campaigns by employing a mix of creative tactics,including multi-channel digital programs, content, email templates, webinar,search engine optimization, account-based marketing, social media, events,advertising, and direct mail;
● Use new marketing techniques andsales tactics to improve the company’s marketing and sales performance;
● Measure the effectiveness ofmarketing campaigns and sales performances, as well as strategically refine themarketing and selling tactics for enhancing the performance;
● Coordinate or participate inpromotional activities or trade shows to market products or services.
