JOB SUMMARY

A fast-growing data-driven software company that provides an intelligent dining and ordering system for full-

service restaurants seeks a highly qualified Junior Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in Bachelor’s

degree in Marketing, BA, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable). Candidates should have 3

years of experience in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data, maintaining company data, and proposing

solutions to meet business needs, among others. Occasional domestic and international travel requirement for site

visits, attending trade shows, training courses, and conferences, as well as exploring new markets by identifying

demands and forming market development strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is

acceptable);

● At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a system provider or SaaS company, including collecting,

cleaning, and analyzing marketing data, maintaining company data, and proposing solutions to meet

business needs;

● Proven ability in market research, industry analysis, data analytics, corporate strategy or related areas;

● Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience maintaining strong

customer relationships within the restaurant or hospitality industry;

● Proficiency in maintaining and tracking data using spreadsheet tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel,

including vlookups and pivot tables;

● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of staff/management within

the organization;

● Familiarity and knowledge of AWS data analytics, cloud computing, Salesforce systems, POS systems, and

payment services products;

● Knowledge of digital media platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, display tactics,

streaming video tactics, paid and organic search strategies, and social media strategies;

● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits, attending trade shows, training

courses, and conferences, as well as exploring new markets by identifying demands and forming market

development strategies;

● Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

JOB DUTIES

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging product trends.

● Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by consistently engaging

with them to understand their needs, preferences, and business challenges.

● Conduct research on consumer opinions and analyze marketing and sales strategies implemented by major

competitors, including but not limited to Toast, TouchBistro Restaurant POS, and LightSpeed Restaurant.

● Collect and analyze data on customer mapping and segmentation, preferences, needs, and buying habits to

identify potential customers, markets, and factors affecting product demand and customer retention;

● Utilize data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to conduct sales tests and lead market

intelligence efforts;

● Lead the sales team in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to ensure that results

meet the company’s objectives and expectations;

● Devise and execute initiatives aligned with the overall sales strategy for winning the merchants;

● Oversee new product launch projects, including the planning and development of launch strategies, budget

and risk management, and performance assessment;

● Plan and manage marketing campaigns using a mix of creative tactics, including multi-channel digital

programs, content creation, email templates, webinars, search engine optimization, account-based

marketing, social media, events, advertising, and direct mail;

● Employ innovative marketing techniques and sales tactics to enhance the company’s marketing and sales

performance;

● Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, and strategically refine

marketing and sales tactics to improve outcomes; and

● Monitor promotional activities and trade shows to market products or services effectively.

Job Type: Full-Time
