Job Duties:

1. Software Developer (NY, NY) Write, debug and test errors by following best practices, making appropriate changes and rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced;

2. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired requirements for the clients;

3. Develop and optimize performance of web-based applications and database, modify existing and develop new applications, particularly in designing and maintenance of company’s online order system;

4. Write and maintain documentation describing program development and subsequent revisions;

5. Research and resolve flow of information and system issues;

6. Consult with and assist computer operators and system analysts to define and resolve problems in running computer programs;

7. Convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language;

8. Design, develop and implement ecommerce solution for company’s clients built on Magento and Mysql including designing database schema, assessing the impact of new features on existing infrastructure.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science; 36 months experience in e-commerce

development such as Magento
